Yogam Organic and Herbs delivers to most pincodes across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. From Kanyakumari to Kashmir, from Assam to Gujarat — your herbal wellness products reach you anywhere in India.
We currently do not ship internationally. Our operations and shipping are limited to Indian addresses at this time. We hope to expand globally in the future — stay tuned!
Thank you for choosing Yogam Organic and Herbs. We are dedicated to delivering your traditional herbal wellness products safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
2. Detailed Shipping Charges
Unlike many commercial products, our traditional herbal remedies require special care, premium protective packaging to maintain potency, and reliable courier handling. Because herbal products are dense and shipping carriers charge strictly by weight, our shipping fees are calculated transparently based on the exact weight of your order and the delivery destination.
This ensures you only pay for what you actually ship, while allowing us to securely pack your items to reach you in perfect condition. Below are our current weight-based shipping slabs across different regions:

Note: For bulk orders (above 10kg), specialized rates apply. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your exact cart contents and delivery state.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days for southern states (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) and major metropolitan cities. For northern states and remote rural pincodes, delivery may take 5–7 business days.
3. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message containing your tracking number(s) on WhatsApp and Email once your order has been packed and dispatched from our facility. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Damages & Issues
Yogam Organic and Herbs is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please take a photograph of the damaged package and contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement pack.
